The Microsoft Update causing the problem is actually the Flash update that now automatically installs on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 for Internet Explorer, etc. The original Flash Update, released a couple of weeks ago, was called KB3132372. It was re-released yesterday and newly updated to KB3133431 with the most current Flash version 20.0.0.272 on those operating systems.
It was created to hopefully fix the crash issues from the previous update. Unfortunately, there still seem to be complaints by Incredimail and Skype users regarding the new 'fix' which didn't 'fix'. It's up to you. Hope this helps.
